About Position
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees for various roles within the organization. This role requires a proactive and innovative approach to identify and engage top talent to meet the company's staffing needs.
Key role and responsibilities
Engage in end-to-end recruitment execution from managing pipelines to drafting an offer based on various data points
Continuously improve recruitment processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and agents to ensure alignment on hiring goals and processes.
Manage candidate expectations directly/through agents and negotiate offers.
Provide regular reports on recruitment activities to HR team members, including pipeline status, time-to-fill, and hiring trends
Collaborate with HR and IT team members and make sure the smooth onboarding of new joiners.
Ensure recruitment practices comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
Key Role and Responsibilities
3-5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter in a recruiting agency is required
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and various sourcing techniques
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical skills
Communication skills:
Language: Verbal and written Fluency in both English and Japanese
